Road Trip:Coventry

Boxing Day is the day after Christmas Day.Although I'm not really sure why it is called the Boxing Day, it sure is a day of rejoice;well this is when the sales hits its peak.
memang sale giler ah...hehehhe....eventho takde duit sangat...bought a few things for myself n mummy n my brothers...
Owh, the road trip started fr Lancaster to Coventry with a stopover at Cheshire Oaks(the largest McArthurGlenn factory outlet).Pegi Coventry kononnye nak jumpe Wanie...tapi just spent the nite at her place...then went to Birmingham to take a few pics...pastu balik....

A very short n brief visit....and a satisfiying one maybe?

On Christmas Day, I invited some of my frens over...sebab bosan sgt....so...masaklaa utk diorg...
masak simple je...nasik lemak w sambal udang...the day before beli king prawn kat Sainsbury,sbb murah (coz they're closing for 2 days;Christmas Day n Boxing day)
Midah bwk puding caramel  so I don't have to make any desserts

went to Barcelona for 3 days 2 nites....a very beautiful city w gorgeous buildings
sejuk jugak...ingatkan panas...heheh....luckily bawak banyak baju...so berlapis2laa baju kt sane
pegi dengan Midah,Fina n Nura...had a very nice time...
v funny moment bile order kat McD dgn Nura...kene cakap bahase ayam itik ngan diorg sbb diorg tak faham sgt English...heheh

Kak Ida's Graduation!

Yesterday was a big day for Kak Ida n family,as she graduated! Seronoknye.....ramai gile orang kat Great Hall....there were several session for postgraduates graduation...K Idanye pkol 3....
Kitorg tunggu laa kat luar from 3.45 camtu....n they came out around 4.00ish......sekarang...formally kene panggil K Ida as DR NOOR IDA RAMLI...heheh
Notice the hat utk Phd graduates bulat.....sempat gak try pakai....
Congratulations Kak Ida.....all your hard work and determination has paid off...

Dah sampai week 9 of Michaelmas term....coursework sume dh hantar....tetibe mcm bosan jelaa plak...sampai 2 days in a row main MONOPOLY...gile tak?Anyways, we went to Morecambe,bertolak pkol 10 dari uni....sampai2 je pegi morning market,then pg Hitchen's....then pi tgk The Old Pier Book Shop....bought 2 books...SLEEPERS by Lorenzo Carcaterra and A MAN CALLED DAVE (to complete the trilogy)...
Sejuk2 tu...diorg ni still ajak amik gambar kat tepi2 laut tu....to satisfy my photographer wannabe frens...ikut jelaaa...took some pics myself....tapi takdelaa as sophisticated mcm mid n feens...
We had a fun time there, cume tiket Narnia je sold out...so tak dpt nk tgk...huhu

Kitorg step down from our respective posts today...K Zarina quite melancholic...and camne tah terjangkit plak to me....hummm
Overall, it went a tad smoother than I expected..although the turnout wasn't that many...tapi...oklaa...the new committee chosen is well balanced...and I hope they can work well together...like the 7 of us did....
Zeti n K Yana nervous gile before the event...but they were great (K Yana wif the emceeing, Zeti wif her presentation)....and I think my speech wasn't that bad either...
Kak Ida got her surprise gift and made a short gudbye speech....tetibe sume org sebak je...hehe
makan2 as usual....I made agar2 laici n puding nenas...a bit lembik...but still boleh potong ...yelaa...beginner (my 1st time buat agar2 ok?)

kitorg beli tiket nk tgk game MU kat old Trafford...Anas drove us ke stadium....kick-off approximately around 7.45pm....
pressure betul tgk bola ni...live kat stadium lagi pressure...rase nak patah2kan tengkuk seko2 player tu...heheheh....result? 0-0...so MU kene menang next game utk qualify...overall...geram betul...dah beli tiket mahal...seat best gile...tapi satu gol pon takde...huhuhu
thanks to Anas (driver merangkap tukang beli tiket)...lenkali blehlaaa bwk kitorg pg lagi...ok?

Malaysian Soc n Kelab UMNO collaborate to host this event...held at the Chaplaincy Centre last nite...started at 5.40pm....ended nearly 9 pm....meriahnye...eventho tempat quite small...bestlaaa...my group menang on both games

A weekend in London

we spent the raya weekend kat London,konon2 nak rase raye kat London...but it ended up kitorg jenjalan London je lebih...heheh...plus doing the shopping ritual kat Petticoat Lane Market...
I went on the bus tour around London wif Pre,Nora,Fiena n June....masuk Madame Tussaud's n visit Tower Bridge...jalan2 kat Westminster....yg tak besnye...dlm Madame Tussaud's tu tibe2 habis memory space...Pre nye camera plak habis bateri..huhu...takpelaa..lenkali pegi lagi
